I'm right there with you Jennifer.. Although, I do know that if you go to Customize and then Layout and then Fonts and Colors, you can change the colors of your blog.. which is what I did. And then you can make a banner either on paint or on some banner making site and then you go to page elements and edit your header and it is pretty self-explanatory from there. Other than those 2 things, I have no clue
